- Any personal customer information held by Mango Art will be secure and will not be shared with a third party.
- By clicking the buy button on the listing you are hereby agreeing to a purchase and accept all terms and
conditions of sale.
- Printed colours may vary due to different screen resolutions – Refunds will not be given for reasons such as
colour variation– Please use our try before you buy service to avoid disappointment.
- Each canvas is hand-made to order, therefore refunds or replacements will only be accepted if the canvases are received damaged or lost through the courier.
- We endeavour to dispatch your canvas pictures within 7 working days. Please note these times may vary due to
busy periods and postal strikes, etc.
- Mango Art has no control over Royal Mail and other courier companies. Delays may be caused by delivery location
or other disruptions. Therefore we do not accept liability for loss, damage or delay unless you notify the courier
of any problems.
- BEFORE signing for your parcel(s) please ensure you check the parcel(s) thoroughly for damage or missing items.
- If the canvas is damaged we will arrange a suitable time for a courier to collect the parcel. In this instance you
must provide digital photos of the damage to the canvas and the packaging and email them to: returns@mangoart.co.uk
- On assessment of damage, a replacement or refund will be issued once we are satisfied that the item meets
the criteria of the returns policy.
- Due to the high grade 100% cotton grain of canvas, small flecks of ink or grain blemishes in the canvas may
show on the picture. This is unavoidable and refunds will not be issued in this case.
- We do not offer credit - All canvas pictures must be paid for in full before the item is produced.
- In some cases slight cracks may be present in the corners of a canvas picture (where the canvas has been folded). This is again unavoidable and refunds will not be issued for in these cases.
- Mango Art refuse the right to cancel orders once they have been purchased.
- Under no circumstances will Mango Art be liable for any copyright issues regarding use of an image that has a breach in copyright. Please ensure you have written permission from the copyright owner of the photograph.
- Mango Art reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
