- Christmas Deadline midnight 18th Dec - All orders placed before this deadline are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas day.
- Each canvas is hand-made to order, we will endeavour to have your order out to you as soon as possible, however please allow up to 7 working days.
- We take our time over making our canvas prints to provide a quality finish to all our products
- You will receive an email prior to dispatch with shipping dates/times and tracking details
- Once you have received your dispatch email from DHL, your parcels should arrive the next day.
- 50% of households are empty between 10:00am - 4:00pm. DHL offers a delivery window from 7:30am - 9pm with a 94% FIRST attempt delivery success to homes.
- If DHL don't succeed on the first attempt you will receive a note with instructions through your door - any problems you can track your parcel online through your tracking number.
- Each order will require a signature from the courier - Make sure you check the parcel for damage or missing items before you sign.
